We are pleased to offer our convenient Coupon Cards which can be used to add funds to your account within the Get Well app.
These cards are available from your local family Physician.
You may also use Visa, MasterCard or PayPal for payment. Keep in mind that charges for prescriptions aren't included in the cost of your visit.
Can I get a valid Prescription or Referral?
Yes your doctor is able to digitally provide prescriptions and Referrals as per your needs.
A typical audio or video doctor visit using the Get Well app is about 10 -15 minutes.
The cost for an online medical doctor visit is comparative to your regular face to face visit. The cost is the same even on nights, weekends, or holidays
We currently do not offer real-time Healthcare Insurance Provider integration. You may be able to claim for the cost of your visit afterwards. Stay Tuned. We will have good news on this soon.
Yes. To have a visit for your child, add any child under the age of 18 to your profile within the app.
When you start a visit, you’ll be asked who the visit is for -- from the drop down select the child as the patient for the visit. Any individuals over the age of 18 must have their own account with unique email address
