Our medical doctors use two main skills to diagnose medical conditions: listening and looking. Before each visit, patients are asked a series of questions regarding their symptoms and medical history. If more information is needed, the doctor will ask additional questions during the visit. Once the visit has begun, the doctor will leverage the patient’s device camera to evaluate any physical signs, this is the comparable level of quality as an in-person visit. Based on the diagnosis, the doctor may order a prescription or labs for further evaluation.

Many of the most common GP cases can be treated by a video visit. However, to ensure that patients receive the care they need, the doctor may recommend the patient see someone in-person such as at the ER.

You can meet with a psychologist or psychiatrists from the privacy of your home; no going to an unfamiliar office, time lost getting there, or running into someone you know. Meeting with one of our psychologists or psychiatrists is the same as meeting face-to-face, but on your terms, and at the time and place that works for you. Before your visit, you may be asked to complete an optional questionnaire to describe how you’re feeling. This information will help the psychologist or psychiatrist better understand what’s going on before your visit even starts.

Our medical doctors are trained to provide care through video visits by employing many of the same practices and techniques that are used in a traditional doctor’s office. If you would like to have a visit. Parents, please be sure to select your child during intake before confirming the visit, and ensure your child is present during the visit.

To help you better manage your health, our doctors are able to prescribe medication and order lab tests, when clinically necessary. This allows you to get the medication you need to feel better, or to get proper testing completed to understand what underlying health issues you may have.

The process for each is similar to what you’d expect when going to see a doctor in person. Here’s how it works:

Medication is sometimes necessary to treat issues both short and long term, and our doctors can also refill existing prescriptions.

  1. If your doctor recommends a prescription, they will review the specific medications and your pharmacy during your visit.
  2. The order will be sent electronically, and you’ll be able to pick up the prescription at your nearest Pharmacy.
  3. At the pharmacy, you’ll want to have your ID for the pharmacist.

Lab tests can help identify a number of health conditions, such as diabetes, cardiovascular-related issues, and vitamin deficiencies.

  1. If your doctor recommends lab tests, they will review the specific tests to be ordered during your visit.
  2. After the visit has finished, you can choose lab one most convenient for you. The electronic order will automatically be sent to you and/or your chosen lab.
  3. When ready, the results will first be sent to the doctor. They will review, and forward them to you with a personalized note about what the results mean and if any further action is necessary.

Please Note

Our doctors are unable to write prescriptions for controlled substances such as codine or oxycodone. Please see a doctor in person if you require medication classified as a controlled substance.
